when i was a teenager (with so much time on my hands) i loved to do crocheting, knitting and cross stitch. unfortunately, i learnt it on my own and could only do the basic 3-4 types of stitches because i could never understand the instructions written in the books. i think crocheting is so soothing cos you can just get carried away visualising what the result will be like and how much passion you put into your work.
